Since 2001, Waimea Lamb Co. has pursued the art of raising lamb on the rolling plains of Waikoekoe, Hawaii.  Surrounded by Manuna Kea in the uplands and Waipi'o Valley in the foreground, Waikoekoe is home to the perfect farmlands on the Hamakua coastline.
